Sally Outlaw co-founded the first crowdfunding platform for entrepreneurs and has helped thousands of small business owners reach their crowdfunding goals. Her newest initiative under peerbackers, Crowdcast Network, takes crowdfinance stories to media outlets across the web. Crowdcast provides informative programming covering the important issues and leaders shaping the crowdfunding industry, as well as showcases companies seeking investments.
Sally is a seasoned entrepreneur having run her own businesses for the last twenty five years. Her media and business ventures took her across the globe – including ten years of conducting business in Russia. She also holds a real estate broker's license and founded her own real estate company.
Sally is a speaker on the topic of small business financing at various universities, business incubators, and entrepreneurial events and has been a repeated source on the topic of crowdfunding for national media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Entrepreneur Magazine and Forbes, among others. Her book, “Cash from the Crowd” on how to successfully crowdfund, was published fall 2013 by Entrepreneur Press.

Andrew Rachmell is co-founder and Head of Business Development for peerbackers, a service provider to accredited investors, entrepreneurs and emerging companies seeking capital through crowdfunding and other crowdfinance vehicles. Andrew is also Executive Producer of Crowdcast Network - a media initiative of peerbackers - which includes original programming for RegDTV, a web series profiling the most current private company stock offers available to accredited investors and Crowdfund Update, a source for understanding and staying current on the new laws affecting crowdfinance and for those who want to get the inside view from those shaping the industry. Both programs are available for viewing on Thomson Reuters, MarketWatch, Equities.com, among others.
Andrew is responsible for securing strategic partnerships that help attract deal flow to the RegDTV review committee along with securing corporate sponsors and underwriters to sustain long term production of the series. Andrew also works to grow distribution and viewership of company content through syndication and license agreements with other prominent web sites reaching the financial and entrepreneurial community. Andrew contributes to the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy, oversees the peerbackers marketing team, and regularly speaks at industry conferences and events. He also regularly consults with entrepreneurs for the launch and overseeing of their crowdfunding campaigns.
Additionally Andrew spends a portion of his time educating college students and recent grads by hosting workshops that cover all facets of entrepreneurship, including crowdfunding. He also participates as a judge in the annual business plan competition at the Adam's Center for Entrepreneurship at Florida Atlantic University.
Prior to starting peerbackers.com, Andrew spent 20 years creating programs for television and the web. His expertise in developing strategic alliances, sales and marketing has made him a specialist in helping more than one-third of the Fortune 1000 companies, as well as numerous associations, nonprofits and government agencies promote their image and message through innovative communication methods, sponsorships and distribution channels. These include interactive web video, audio webcasts, nationally televised business roundtables, lifestyle programming and documentaries appearing on numerous broadcast and cable networks.
Alan is formerly the Director of Advisory and Corporate Services at Viewtrade Securities, a registered broker/dealer. He has more than 40 years of experience as a corporate and securities attorney, investment banker, business and financial advisor, and entrepreneur/senior executive of both private and public companies. Mr. Jacobs has been an investment banker and owner of licensed broker/dealers in New York and Florida specializing in financings and advisory services of growing companies primarily in healthcare and technology. He has been responsible for raising more than $750 million for a wide range of companies and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Columbia Law School.
