why do projects have to be reviewed?

We review projects for suitability

We want to make sure that ventures do not go against our project guidelines. In a nutshell, we don't accept personal fundraisers or investment opportunities where investors receive funds back (as this is prohibited by the SEC). We also will not accept projects that would make your grandmother blush, meaning no ventures that have “adult content”.
