I'm a 7th grader at the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders. I play the flute and am in concert band. I used to play the guitar and piano so I have a musical background. I also used to be in sports. I love being with friends and family, reading, drawing and hanging out. I'm very optimistic and I love being around people. I would love to go to Europe and also being able to travel internationally because it's an exciting way to meet new people and learn about different cultures.

    Hey everyone! Last Saturday, I went to my monthly meeting for People to People Student Ambassador Programs. We did this cool activity where we got to learn more about each other and it was really fun!! Also, some of the other delegates presented a project about France.

    The most interesting thing I learned was that France was a monarchy and that there are 2 candidates running for the presidential election of 2012. This is happening right now, I also learned that France’s geography is almost shaped like a hexagon.
    At the next meeting in February, I will be presenting a powerpoint about Italy’s historical landmarks.

    I hope that my fellow delegates will learn a lot about Italy’s landmarks and their significance to our society. I will write more about it then and about my presentation next month. I hope you guys found this information useful about my update in People to People. Until then, see you later!
