Dear Friends and Family, Kala was selected to participate in the "2012 People to People Student Ambassador program" The (40) students selected will be traveling to Australia next summer. Traveling as a Student Ambassador allows children to "observe and serve the needs of others all over the world". It gives them an experience like no other. Students who have participated in the past have gone on to receive College Scholarships, positions as Delegates and Ambassadors for the United Nations. The costs of the trip pale in comparison to the experience being offered to the select few who are chosen to participate. Please take a moment to donate whatever you feel comfortable with. Kala will repay the gesture by donating volunteer time at the animal shelter, doing chores, company solicitation, animal care, and last but certainly not least a GREAT BIG HUG and Thank you!!!
