Benvenuto!!! My name is Haleigh. I am a freshman at Highland High School in NW Indiana, and am honored that I am a delegate to travel with 39 other chosen delegates with People to People Student Ambassadors to Greece and Italy!!! I have never even flown on a plane before, so this will most definately be an adventure!  

This program was originally established by President Eisenhower in 1956.

The program’s purpose is to give us citizens an opportunity to meet and learn other cultures. Our journey, is scheduled for Summer 2012. It will include eight Italian cities and four Greek cities in 19 days. Not only is this a great travel experience, but I am learning how to coordinate a fundraising campaign. My parents have given me the responsibility of raising at least half of the trip expense through various fundraising efforts. Can you help me in my quest? I would appreciate any level of support!!! In return for your assistance, I am giving back to my sponsors by providing thank you gifts. The token for each contribution level is listed in the column to the right.
