Help us get started! Support Haute Cakes! Three Brooklyn girls on a mission to take over the world one cookie/cupcake/tart at a time.

Haute Cakes opened its ovens to the public on July 16th, 2010. At first it was just an idea turned hobby but has now come to life as Haute Cakes. The three owners, Jihan Peters, Diana Jimenez and Takiyah Broomes are lifelong friends and business savvy Martha Stewarts in our own right. We love to bake and apparently people love to eat our creations. Haute Cakes is a custom order pastry shop working out of a commercial kitchen but the demand for our goods is rapidly increasing and we need to expand ASAP!  

New York is the city of big dreams and high expectations. Many migrate to NYC in hopes of making it big but many who are born and raised here never get to dream big. See we know firsthand how difficult it is to "make it" in New York, after all we walk these streets everyday and have seen mom and pop stores taken over by major corporations right in our own neighborhoods. Has this discouraged us? No it hasn't because we know that as with anything in life, we must take chances and try to be the change we want to see in our communities.  We want to be a shining example for young boys and girls; to show them we can dream big and live big too. Encourage them to strive for greatness and achieve all their goals and aspirations and be not discouraged in their pursuit of becoming entrepreneurs. After all isn't that what NY is all about?

Haute Cakes / Haute Cakes

Haute Cakes is a sub brand of the Nouveau Riche Design Company. It is a custom order cake and pastry shop and we also create custom gift baskets for all occasions. We have now launched online and consumers are able to submit orders via e-mail and through our online-store for their special events.
