Hi.  I am Jessie.  I am 12 years old and in 6th grade.  I really love horses, spending time with my family and friends, running Cross Country, swimming, water skiing, helping my mom and dad with my four siblings, travelling, paintball, and learning hands on.  

On this vacation, I will be travelling to England and France.  I will meet a member of Parliament, take a ride on the London Eye, see Big Ben, Parliament, a changing of the guards, a cruise on the Thames, visit the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, visit the beaches of Normandy (D-Day) and the United States cemetery there, shop on the Champs-Elysees, and much more.  There are so many exciting and educational places I will go and do, that I posted the link to my actual program.  It's called, "A Tale of Two Cities" and there is actually a video!!

This help I am asking from you will help me gain independence and confidence as I maneuver through interviews, fill out applications, ask for recommendations, request local sponsorship, and deliver my rewards to those backing me.

I will learn the importance of giving back as I complete community service and make positive connections with those in the community that will help me learn to become a better adult as I get older.  

My parents have also tried to teach me that hard work will get me far.  I am hoping that through hard work, I will be able to travel to these amazing and educational places that I will never forget!!!!
