about my venture

I want to see the world, connect with other cultures, and gain the independence only travel can bring. However, I need your help to make these dreams a reality.

I have been accepted as a People to People Student Ambassador to France and England in the summer of 2012. I will be traveling with a delegation of kids my age, led by experienced teachers. Our journey will take us to historical sites, famous landmarks, and unique cultural experiences. We’ll even get to meet a Member of Parliament!  Along the way, we’ll be eating some interesting local foods.  Our 14 day route will take us from Warwick Castle to the Tower of London.  We will have an opportunity to learn about World War II, Medieval history, international politics and international government.

It’s going to be a whirlwind tour.  I’ve begun reaching out to friends, family, and local businesses. Would you be willing to help sponsor my trip?  I am funding this once in a lifetime opportunity on my own and would appreciate any help that you might be able to provide me with.
