about my venture

Kelsey has been accepted as a Student Ambassador for the People to People Program, traveling to the United Kingdom and Ireland in the summer of 2012.  Over a period of 19 days Kelsey will journey through Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland.  She will visit historical sites, famous landmarks, and encounter unique cultural experiences.  They will meet a member of Parliament to see how their Government works.  She will be eating traditional local foods, expanding her palate.  The group will also be involved in a community service project.

Kelsey is so excited and has begun raising money for her trip by selling candy, bake sales, and doing yard work for donations.  This is a opportunity of a lifetime, to see the world, connect with other people and their cultures, and gain the independence that traveling can bring.  Kelsey could use your help too!  Any donation is appreciatively accepted and she can hardly wait to share her travel photos and experiences with all of you!!

Kelsey is in the 5th Grade this year. She enjoys reading, riding horses, and playing sports. Kelsey loves to spend time and play with all of her cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends.
