Dennis Shaver

Founder / ReInvent America Real People - Real Ideas - Real Results

Dennis brings extensive business leadership and new product development expertise in both service and manufacturing operations for a variety of industries to include; medical technology, consumer products, automotive, household products, aerospace, agricultural, electronics, and telecommunications industries. Starting his career over 25 years ago with General Motors Truck & Bus Group, Dennis was promoted rapidly throughout GM Manufacturing divisions including, Heavy Duty and Light Duty Trucks, Fleet & Military Divisions. Dennis was a member of the new division startup of the GM Saturn Automotive Corporation. Dennis also held key management positions with A.O. Smith Automotive Corporation, PepsiCo, and The Clorox Company new product divisions. Dennis was also a VP/Partner of Rapid Prototyping company and was influential in significantly growing this entity to very successful and profitable company and eventually sold it within the first few years of operation. Dennis also has created and managed several successful new product development firms one of which was Parts on Demand. Parts on Demand delivers turnkey design-through-manufacturing services both domestic and international for both large companies and Innovative Inventors with special focus on Product Research, Funding, and Patent support, Business Development, Design Engineering, Prototype, Manufacturing, Packaging Design and Marketing. Dennis’s true passion is helping people of all walks of life realize their true innovative potential. As such, Dennis founded ReInvent AmericaTM with the sole purpose of creating tools, step-by-step guidance, methods, and processes to inspire, educate, empower and enable people to easily navigate through the product development process. The ReInvent AmericaTM program helps people with great ideas create opportunity to become the architect of their own fortunes by taking action on their creative and innovative ideas and ultimately stimulating job creation and our economy one idea at a time. Dennis holds dual Bachelor degrees in Business from Ferris State University along with graduate work in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
