Why hire a single tech when you can have the entire TEAM?
We're just a bunch of nerds who have figured out that we can do SO MUCH MORE for our clients by working together. We are a "Managed Service Provider" company.
What is a "Managed Service Provider" you ask? Well, an MSP provides complete IT OnSourcing, network administration, backup/disaster recovery, information security, web hosting, help desk call center, and a few other services. These services are available to home users but business clients are the focus.
This is a franchise opportunity with a global company that was started in 1995 and operates in ten countries. There are thousands of owners who all support each other by "skill lending" so no one person has to "know it all." The company provides the owners with the administrative functions so we can focus on clients.
As soon as I get on board, the corporate office has lined up AT LEAST 3 clients in the area that are waiting on a local technician.
One of the advantages is that pricing is "solution based" and not hourly. Therefore, clients know the cost before we even arrive.
In addition to the technology work, they have an annual food drive that donates to local food banks. They also participate in many other events throughout the year.
