Hi,

I see you made it to my page- welcome! I'm Shawn, 17 years old and live in Washington State. I'm currently a Junior and hope to attend CSU in Fort Collins, CO and major in some kind of Engineering. I've been the President of my high school's TSA (Technology Student Association) for 2 years running now and plan on running again my Senior year of high school.

Some of the activies I enjoy doing are fishing, playing video games, tennis, hiking, hanging out with family and friends, and volunteering at the local Boys and Girls club. I'm a pretty strong headed person with bright future ahead of me. I know I will make a difference in the world, even if it's in my own backyard.

I'm raising money to take an amazing adventure next summer. I've been chosen along with other students from across the country to travel to Europe with the People to People Student Ambassdor program. I will be traveling to Ireland, Wales, England, France, Belguim, and the Netherlands. I will also be doing community service projects in the different villages I will be visiting.

I'm asking you today for your help. I need to raise my tutition and I can't do it alone. With your donation, you can help me raise the required amount in order to pack my bags next summer. Any little bit will help me get there. If you can't donate, I ask you to pass my information along to your friends and family.

I have set up postcards, photographs, etc to return to you, my donors, if you pledge certain dollar amounts. I look forward to sending you these items with your donation upon my return from Europe. After all, those that know me best know that I always meet my goal.
