about my venture

I am a sixth grade student at the Classical Center at Brandenburg Middle School. During the Summer of 2012 I will be taking up the challenge of “A Tale of Two Cities”. This is a travel course part of the People to People Ambassador program in which I was nominated for, interviewed by a panel of delegates, and accepted. I will travel for fourteen days to London, England and Paris, France. I will get to visit many of the local attractions such as London Eye (Millennium Wheel), Big Ben, Arc de Triomphe, the Beaches of Normandy, and more. I will learn about the culture, government, architecture and history of the land, and much more. I will get to meet the people of the country and familiarize myself with their living environment.

People to People offers unique and engaging educational opportunities for me to explore different cultures, make new friends in other countries and in my own community, and connect with extraordinary people and places across the globe. People to People programs are exciting, enjoyable, and activity rich. They are also highly educational and practical. Student Ambassadors represent their school, community, state, and country while traveling abroad.

Timothy’s Travels Crusade will raise vital funds for the costs associated with tuition. It will provide resources to cover all travel and hotel expenses, meals, and insurance coverage.
